The first-ever Miss Teen Great Britain contest was held on September 25th 2011, at The Globe Theatre in Blackpool. Constance Baldwin, of Kent, walked away with the crown after seeing off competition from 59 other finalists.
Miss Teen Great Britain is NOT a beauty contest; it is about much more than a pretty face! In Miss Teen Great Britain, the interview section counts for 50% of the total score.
The contest was created to be a positive and confidence-building experience for teenagers. We intend for the girls to make new friends and aim to make each and every contestant feel like a queen! Most importantly, we open the doors to fun and exciting opportunities for our winners.
The Miss Teen Great Britain™ contest, covering England, Wales & Scotland, is open to all teenagers and in 2012 it will be held at The Globe, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, on September 30th. The luxurious Blackpool Imperial will be the host hotel for the weekend of the grand final. This will be a glittering event for the family to enjoy with fantastic prizes and awards to be won!
This is a wonderful opportunity for contestants to make new friends from across Great Britain. Miss Teen Great Britain offers teenagers the chance to participate in a beauty contest that combines glamour and giving our finalists the character-building experience of a lifetime.
The winner of Miss Teen Great Britain™ will have an amazing year ahead of her with appearances, charity work and possible modelling & TV opportunities with a top teen model agency! The grand final of Miss Teen Great Britain is full of FUN! From a visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, a pyjama diva party and the grand final itself, it is a weekend that will never be forgotten!
